Services:

boothify provides premium event services including photo booths, magic mirrors, 360° booths, customized printing, and event giveaways.

Bookings & Payments:

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Payments are non refundable unless agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. boothify may reschedule due to force major or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide a safe environment. Damage caused by misuse or guests may be charged to the client.

Media Usage & Consent:

boothify may use event photos/videos for marketing unless written opt out is provided before the event.

Intellectual Property:

All boothify content and designs remain our intellectual property.

Name, contact details, event information, and branding materials in compliance with UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
